Finding the right fit matters. My style is relational, collaborative, & engaged. I believe you are the expert on your own life.
My role is to ask thoughtful questions, offer observations, help you recognize patterns, & challenge you when it may be helpful. Together, we’ll clarify what you want to change & explore how to get there.
I’m not a “blank slate” therapist - you can expect me to be present, curious, & actively engaged in our work.
Therapy is a collaborative process, which means your participation matters, too. I encourage you to ask questions, share feedback, & advocate for what you need from our work together.
A consultation is a great opportunity for us to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, & see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Reach out, & I’ll get back with you within 48 hours.

That’s totally ok. Sometimes the starting point is simply knowing that something feels off, overwhelming, repetitive, or harder than you want it to be. Part of our work can be understanding what’s happening & identifying what you want to change.

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been happening in your life, relevant history, & what you hope might change. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal - we can figure that out together.
-
Yes. As a queer & trans clinician, my practice is inclusive & affirming.
If you are exploring or questioning your identity, sexuality, or gender - you are welcome to come as you are.
And on the other hand, you shouldn’t have to spend your therapy sessions educating your therapist on your identity before you can get to the reason you’re in therapy.
-
Yes. I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy for ADHD & autistic adults. Rather than approaching neurodivergence as something that needs to be “fixed,” we can explore how your brain works, the environments & expectations you’re navigating, & strategies that actually fit you.
